MARTHA LESTER HARRIS, MPA
Martha Lester Harris is President of Fizika Group, LLC, a company creating new distribution channels for American companies serving the health and physical education market. Fizika grew out of her passion to demonstrate the connections between physical activity and social and emotional wellbeing. Prior to founding Fizika, in 2001 Martha co-founded InnerLink, Inc., an innovative developer of web-based health and wellness solutions for schools, communities and employers. Prior to starting InnerLink, Martha worked at the regional, state and national levels in the fields of international trade, economic and workforce development. In 2005, Governor and First Lady Rendell recognized Martha as a Distinguished Daughter of Pennsylvania for her accomplishments in both the private and nonprofit sectors.

MICHAEL CORDIER
Michael Cordier is Vice President of Fizika Group, LLC. Prior to founding Fizika, Michael founded the Wellness Assessment Center, Inc., a consulting company based in Melbourne, Fla., that introduced computerized fitness assessment to the physical education market in 1996. Consulting assignments included interventions at school districts and health departments in the United States and Canada, including the development of programs related to diversity management, stress management and staff development. Over the past 10 years Michael served on the executive team of three small companies that developed into nationally recognized brands. He is a past recipient of the SDAHPERD Clyde Partin Service Award and is a current member of the Society for State Leaders in Health, Physical Education and Recreation.

JOHN SAVILLE
John Saville is Senior Manager of Business Development for Fizika Group, LLC. John brings 30 years of sales and entrepreneurial experience to Fizika. Pursuing a lifelong interest in fitness has been the focus of his business development, first as manager of fitness programming for several chains of clubs in Canada, then in market development for a leading fitness evaluation company, and co-founding an innovative marketing company for fitness clubs. After joining HealthFirst, an emerging fitness technology company in Albuquerque, N.M., in 1993, he helped lead the company to tremendous success and positioned it for acquisition by Polar Electro, the world’s leader in heart rate monitor technology. Ultimately appointed Director of International Sales, he led the development of Polar’s fitness assessment technology on the international market.

RANDY HARRIS
A native of Western Pennsylvania, Randolph J. Harris is Fizika’s Manager of Communications & Development.
Randy received his undergraduate degree in journalism and communications and served as a reporter, photographer, graphic designer and editor for daily and weekly newspapers in the Pittsburgh region. He also served the Pittsburgh Area Office of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in a variety of posts including public communications, housing development, property appraisals and environmental review programs. Randy moved to Lancaster in 1995 when he was named Executive Director of Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County, serving in that capacity for seven years before beginning a private consulting practice in 2003.
With a life-long interest in history and community development, Randy’s independent consulting work has involved research, writing, graphic documentation, photography and public relations. He is a freelance writer for print and electronic media.

BECKY DEIHL
Becky Deihl is a Fizika Active Learning Specialist. Following a successful career as a Health and Physical Educator and Student Assistance Prevention Coordinator in two Center County (Pa.) Schools, Becky joined a health and wellness technology company in 2007. Since then she has expanded her expertise in health and wellness by teaching aerobic swimming at the local YMCA and completing a Personal Trainer Elite Course. In addition to joining the Fizika team, she is currently working as a Wellness Specialist at Luther Acres in Lititz, Pa. Becky is also a certified state instructor for the Health Education Assessment Project.
