Michael Cordier is Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Fizika Group, LLC. Prior to founding Fizika Group, Michael was the founder of Wellness Assessment Center, Inc., a 14 year old consulting company based in Melbourne, Florida. The organization introduced computerized fitness assessment technology to the Physical Education Market in 1996. Consulting assignments included numerous interventions at school districts and health departments in the USA and Canada over the years. This included the development of programs related to diversity management, stress management and staff development. Michael authored a monthly column on personal wellness in a national technology magazine and published a monthly wellness newsletter for educators. He also introduced computerized fitness assessments and nutrition analysis to baseball players at clinics across the country. Michael has presented at local, regional, national, and international levels at educational, fitness and wellness conferences and conventions. A native of South Africa, Michael earned an undergraduate degree in pedagogy from Rand Afrikaans University, Johannesburg, SA and a Post Graduate Degree in andragogy from the University of Johannesburg, SA. Wellness Assessment Center, Inc. is currently the sole distributor of Fit Light, a safety reflective band the LED lights for walkers, runners and cyclists.
