A key component of Fizika's Straight A's program is providing ACCESS to resources
for building quality PE programs. We are excited to partner with Commit 2B Fit,
a motivational, educational and community supported program to build healthy habits.

GOAL SETTING & ASSESSMENT
Using journals, incentives and assessment tools, participants set goals for and record physical activity, nutritional intake and achievements. Program includes one-year planner and eight-week journals.
FULLY INTEGRATED PROGRAM
Commit 2B Fit program encourages fully integrated school, family and community supported program. Educates and motivates families to develop habits that will lead to healthier, longer life.
INCENTIVES FOR ACTION
Commit 2B Fit charm is student incentive. Two pedometers and a safety reflective band with LED lights complete the package for assessment and safety.
